PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure that the recipient company (NOT AET/TRC) is visible on the shipment/BOL to ensure delivery to the correct on-site customer.

• All vehicle deliveries/pick-ups need to go through TRC MN Facility Entrance #2

• Delivery hours are 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily. Please call 24 hours in advance to make an appointment for the following day.

• Once an ETA is known, please call the TRC MN Front Office at (218) 634-2041 and let them know what time you will be arriving on-site. We request that you call around one hour before your arrival. The following information is also helpful if applicable:

  • Driver’s Name/Company

  • Driver’s Phone Number

  • Company Delivering For/Contact from Company

  • What you are delivering (i.e. vehicles, pallets, etc.) so we can arrange for the proper equipment to unload delivery

• Prior to arrival, please notify company contact of ETA so they can make proper arrangements and meet you inside the gate at TRC MN Facility Entrance #2.

• Upon arrival at TRC MN gate #2, call (218) 634-2041 to inform the Front Office. A TRC MN employee will then open the gate. If you do not have a company contact, please let us know at this time.

• You will be directed to the unload area, which has six designated transport unload spots. Please park in one of these spots as you unload. A TRC MN employee will sign the BOL if no company contact is on-site.

• Upon departure, please call the TRC MN Front Office again to be let out of the gate.

• Deliveries needing a loading/unloading dock will use the same entrance.

• As above, please call 24 hours in advance to make an appointment, call approximately one hour before arrival and notify company contact beforehand.

• Upon arrival, please call the TRC MN Front Office to inform them of you arrival. This entrance does not have a gate. A TRC MN employee will sign the BOL if no company contact is on-site.
