Safety recommendations - including those for our customers and staff - have changed. You can count on us to keep up to date with the latest recommendations by the state of Minnesota and the United States federal government. We are taking extra steps to bring a high level of precaution to reduce any risk of COVID-19 and will continue to share this information with you. Following are a few of the safety precautions and updates we now have in place, in order to keep everyone safe.

Registration and paperwork will be handled online prior to arriving at AET. Pre-registration will ensure fewer, if any, face-to-face interactions.
One assigned "On-Site Manager" designated for each company will be required to receive and distribute all lodging keys, and allocate lodging assignments to team members.
New, enhanced RFID door hardware will be installed for easy access to lodging, garages, and customer support areas.
Lodging payments not on a PO will be made via credit card over the phone, to ensure the safety of all customers and staff.
Some programs will have their own lodge complete with kitchen, to eliminate the need to dine off-site.
